What was the highlight of Le Petit Palü-Ópera
Comfortable, clean and central were it's qualities
Very close to Central Madrid, and walked for miles to see the wonderful stone masonry and beautiful settings of this city.
The lift only went up one floor as it is an old building, no problem if you're a man, but for an older person like myself with back and shoulder problems, getting my case upstairs was painful. However, the lovely receptionist carried it down for me.

Great location, amazing prices. Clean and modern.
Perfect location, especially for the price. Great communication with the hotel who replied nearly instantly each time and always explained everything well. Room was clean and modern. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location close to Opera Metro station. lots of great cafes and bars nearby.
Fairly impersonal as staff not there for checking but clear instructions were sent in advance.

we spent one night in this hotel, very comfortable and in line with what we expected. We will be back!
